Our Human Rights and Labour Policy sets out our commitment to human rights, dignity, and fairness which is reflected in our company various policies and practices. We regularly evaluate the policy and strenghten our dedication to human rights initiatives.

 

ANTI-SEXUAL HARRASSMENT AT WORK PLACE STATEMENT

 

What Is Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment means any unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, whether verbal, nonverbal, visual, gestural or physical, directed at a person which is offensive or humiliating or is a threat to his well-being, arising out of and in the course of his employment. - Section 2, Employment Act 1955.

Recommended actions (any or more of the following):

  1. Tell your harasser to stop.
  2. Make a written report to HR immediately and cooperate with the investigation on this serious misconduct.
  3. Make a police report.
