ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The Company is committed, as far as is reasonably practicable:

    (a) To conduct all our activities in an environmentally responsible manner.

    (b) To take care of the health, safety and welfare of our staff, while they are at work and of others who may be affected by our activities.

The Company recognizes its duty to comply with all applicable environmental and occupational safety and health legislations and its regulations and orders, and shall provide adequate resources to ensure compliance with their requirements.

In order to meet these obligations, the Company has set the following objectives:

    (a) to set and maintain high standards for an environmentally friendly, safe and healthy working conditions and arrangements at the
    Company’s offices;

    (b) to ensure that the Environmental, Health and Safety policies are communicated to all staff;

    (c) to promote and to encourage Environmental, Health and Safety awareness of staff;

    (d) ensure pertinent Environmental, Health and Safety information is made available to staff at all times; whereas to interested parties and
    public upon written request.

    (e) to provide the facilities for consultation and discussion between Company and staff on Environmental, Health and Safety issues;

    (f) to prevent pollution, accidents, dangerous occurrences and cases of work-related ill health and investigate, record and act upon those
    incidents that do occur; and

    (g) to strive for continual improvement by regularly monitor the implementation of, review and revise accordingly the Environmental,
    Health and Safety Policy of the office.
