Integrity is one of JUBM Group’s core values, and our license to operate.

All employees of JUBM Group are required comply with the JUBM Group’s Integrity Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy. The purpose of the Integrity Policy is to further develop and implement our commitment to Integrity.

JUBM Group requires our Vendors and Business Associates to comply with all applicable law on anti-bribery and anti-corruption, including but not limited to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009.

The JUBM Group prohibits all our employees from either directly or indirectly:

1. Offering, promising to give or giving a bribe to another person, to gain a business advantage;
2. Requesting, agreeing to receive or accepting a bribe from another person, to gain a business advantage;
3. Bribing a foreign public official to obtain or retain business.

Business related gifts offered to or received by employees must be disclosed to the company. In most instances, employees will normally not be allowed to retain such gifts (unless they are customary business premiums or festivity gifts of insignificant monetary value and/or will not put the recipient under undue pressure or improper influence). Employees must not offer a gift under any circumstances unless in accordance with our Integrity Policy. The JUBM Group prohibits cash gifts.

The JUBM Group complies with the applicable laws governing bribery and corruption. Our employees are encouraged to be vigilant and to report any suspicion of bribery in accordance with the Integrity Policy.
